Hi this is my first time doing this so bare with me. How's everyone doing tonight?

WTF happened to Las Vegas and why wasn't the show shopped to other networks after NBC canceled it?

That's a good question. It was a combination of new leadership at NBC and the writers' strike which all lead to the end of show. We were all sad to see it go, but at the same time we were proud to be a part of a show that lasted five years.

Is it just me or do you sometimes resemble Johnny Knoxville?

I actually get that a lot. I get him and Timothy Olyphant a lot...and Deepak Chopra

do you call your wife Stacy or fergie at home?

Right now, at this very moment, she is singing Avicii to Axl. He loves it. I tried doing the same thing the other day and he just puked.

I am pumped about the Zimmer hire. I think he's not only a players coach but he's also going to change the culture in Minnesota.

I have adopted 3 pitties who came from bad homes or even used as bait in fighting rings, I love that you teamed up with PetSmart Charities. Do you have a favorite breed and why?

Nice work. I'm partial to dachshunds, cause that's what we have. I also love Australian shepherds. Sometimes the most unlikely mutts are the best. I must admit that I'm terrified by giant poodles. They're supposed to be little, aren't they?

What is the coolest story behind any of the rescues you've helped through your charity?

Aside from rescuing my rescue dog Meatloaf several years ago, there's been many I've witnessed through the PetSmart Charities Rescue Waggin'. One in particular that stands out is Porter the three legged Beagle.

What's your guilty pleasure?

Buying a bunch of shit I don't need off of late night infomercials; except for the ass lifters. Those come in handy.

• What was it like working with the cast and crew on Transformers?

• Do you have any favourite memories on or off camera when you were working on Fire with Fire ?

• Can you tell us about your upcoming film Don Peyote?

I loved working on all three of the Transformers, but in the 3rd on, Bumble Bee was a complete diva.

Don Peyote is a really interesting movie. The truth is it's a complete trip. It's a stoner movie.

How is Shia Labeouf in person?

I really like Shia. He's very talented. I think he's misunderstood and definitely marches to his own beat which I admire.

Are you ready for more kiddos? If so what is your and Fergie's Number on the amount of kids y'all want.

I'm ready whenever it happens. I'm always at the ready. We'd like 16.

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE THING/PAST TIME YOU DID GROWING UP IN MINOT ND?

When I was young and dumb, we would pull apples off trees, sit up on a hill and throw them at cars. One time we hit a car really hard and got chased by the owner, who was a MSU football player. He literally would not stop hunting us down. I was so scared, I pissed my pants. So that was the end of that.

What is your most annoying habit? And are you obsessive-compulsive OCD about anything?

I lose my keys, my phone and my wallet at least once a day and it drives me crazy. I haven't lost my baby yet, so that's good.

What is one character trait/values you learned or pickup from being a true North Dakotain?

Everything I know that made me who I am, I learned in North Dakota. It just got voted the happiest state in the country and according condoms.com it is the most "well hung" state. Coincidence? I think not. Goodnight everybody! I won't be here all week. Don't forget to tip the waitress.

What's your favorite part about being a dad?

Watching him develop into a little boy. Sitting up, holding a bottle or cruising around in his walker. You don't think it's a big deal until you see your kid doing it.

I'm from MN. What are your thoughts on Jared Allen possibly leaving the MN Vikings? He's one of my all time faces!

I would hate to see that happen because he is one of my favorite players too. He's a great dude. He's a Viking all the way.

Probably a hard question to answer, but if you weren't an actor/model, what would you be doing with your life?

I always thought that it would be cool to do what Christiane Amanpour does.

If you were to be offered the lead role in the Superhero movie of your choice, who would you love to portray? Why?

Also, thank you for your work on animal rescue and adoption. I've worked with people who are elbows deep in programs like those and I know it isn't easy work.

I want to play Fartman in Fartman 2.

It is very hard work. I didn't even have a dog until 8 years ago. It wasn't until recently that I became involved with it. When I learned that 4 million perfectly good dogs are being killed every year, I just felt like, why not spread the word about rescuing instead of buying.

What has been the funniest cast to work with?

Cast of Las Vegas or When In Rome.

Are you anything like your characters? Which one would you consider yourself most like?

You always try to find common ground between you personally and whatever character you are playing, even the bad guys. The more you can relate, the more realistic it feels on screen. I'd say I'm most like Tad Hamilton. I'm exactly like that dude.

Hi Josh. What are your next big projects when it comes to charity work?

I'm also involved with disaster relief efforts, in particularly after what happened in my hometown of Minot, North Dakota. I try to get involved with as much charity work as I can. Lately, my efforts have been about bringing as much awareness to the Resuce Waggin' webseries we produced. I'm really proud of it.

Hi, Josh My question is when the news broke out that you got the part on Battle Creek how did you feel about it? & are you totally excited to be back on TV after such a long time? :D

I'm really excited. It's one of those situations that I couldn't say no to. Whenever you've got Vince Gilligan, David Shore & Bryan Singer on the same team, it's a hard proposition to pass up. Plus I get to stay at home for the 1st year of my kid's life, which aint bad.

Any ideas for next years family Christmas card?

I don't usually decide that until the week before Christmas. I leave that to Ellen DeGeneres these days.

How much research did you do on pet smart charities before teaming up with them? What urged you to work with this charity compared to all the others? Pending your answer, I will be looking forward to helping out whenever they need help in the St. Louis area! Thank you for all that you do!!!
