The separation between Kari, Grant and Tory vs. Adam and Jamie has always left me kinda sad - you guys don't seem to work with them very much in the episodes anymore. Why is that?

8 drive mdadm software raid6 array, used for bulk storage of mostly video files, light usage between 2 users. All had read/write/multizone error rate skyrocking while they failed and eventually refused to detect/dropping the array.

Its strange. Some lasted others didn't. 6 remain in the raid array still with roughly 3 ~ 5 years running time. I wanna try the WD reds but I feel like it will end the same :/

I've replaced 11x 2TB Greens in roughly 2 ~ 3 years. All got RMA'd except for 2 which were just out side of the warranty range. I don't think I'll buy a green ever again after that venture.
