I don't but I've witnessed others birth children before... it was quite horrifying.

Just for further information, in some states when a foster child is put into the juvenile justice system and they age out they actually will not have anywhere to go or be eligible for support after entering that system and are therefore more likely to reenter the cycle of prison/abuse/neglect/etc. It's a pretty terrible issue in some states.
