This I can confirm. Talked with my dad who's an employee at Orbital... They're anticipating a probation period to which they will be denied contracts and giving proposals. Which will probably mean he may be out of a job for a while until the aerospace industry can trust Orbital to handle another project without fatalities mechanical failure.
