About 4 years ago, walking down a street in the LA area, a guy in a really nice car pulled up next to me, asked me how old I was, and then asked if I "want do porno movie". I politely declined without asking for more info.

That's not how casting is ever done, right? Would I have been murdered if I'd gone with him?

I have a lot of fond memories of recurring tracks from LOST. I was always kinda caught off guard by how adaptable you managed to make them. Ben’s theme, for instance, started off as super sinister, but it ran the gamut between being heroic, tragic, and basically whatever a scene called for while remaining distinctly “Ben Linus.”

Do you miss getting the chance to live with your own work for an extended period of time and iterating and evolving your original ideas? Or did you find it kinda limiting to be tied down to ideas you had earlier?

I know you still work on - and do excellent work with - sequels and stuff, but I imagine it’s a way different experience.
