You are very lucky to survive. My baby sister developed the same problem (due to a different reason though) and went through the same procedure, but unfortunately could not make it through. Glad to see someone alive with the same thing....

Yea i remember it as well. He wrote about how his whole family started treating him as a female and all that shit. Really sad and unsupportive of them :\

Here it is; i remembered it was from some Pakistani guy so a simple search did it

It is done only with a submission not with a comment. And the difference is not correct. When a post gets a lot of upvotes in a short manner of time, reddit adds genuine downvotes to prevent vote manipulation if it was done.
