What country has the best all around food in your opinion?

One time I hung out with an artist known as Basshunter and he let me listen to a couple of tracks that he wasn't even nearly finished with. I asked him how often he listens to his own music.

He said pretty much never because by the time he gets done making a track, he has listened to it and tweaked it so many hundreds of times that he just simply doesn't want to listen to it anymore.

I'm part white and part hispanic, how would I go about fitting in racially? Especially since I don't identify with any race in particular.
