I really hope you answer my first two questions, as it's already been asked multiple times and you ignored it.

In your video response, you said you want to put in a multi year freeze on evictions and close housing courts.

If I live in NYC, and I know that I cannot get evicted, what would be my incentive to pay rent if I know I can't be kicked out? Especially if I don't have any assets that a landlord could pursue in a civil court as claims for unpaid rent.

Further more, if landlords cannot collect rent, then why would they ever rent to a new tenant during this eviction freeze period and if they just risk that this person will squat in the property without paying?

As I don't anticipate a response, here's my mini rant.

You really typify my problem with third party candidates.

This rent freeze at first sounds like a ridiculous proposal and having been asked multiple times already you never addressed its obvious flaws. When you come up with something that sounds insane, and refuse to answer why it's not, then you come off as a nut job yourself. You rail against a two party democrat and republican system. However, you are part of the problem that contributes to it. That problem is that the third party candidates we get are not high quality leaders. Bloomberg proves that people have no issue with electing a highly competent thoughtful leader without a D or an R attached to their name. Instead we get nutty candidates like Ron Paul who wears sneakers with his suit and wants to abolish the department of education, like you, a candidate whose idea for defeating corruption in the housing courts is a multi year eviction freeze (It would be quite sad if you didn't understand why this idea comes of as stupid), or Ralph Nader who bombs an interview with a Triumph the comedy Puppet Dog, or Jeff Boss who its a truther 911 conspiracy theorist, or Cynthia McKinley who doesn't even need in an example of why she comes of as a nut.

My basic point is this: the third party candidates we get often come of as people with crazy ideas that will not work and thus get dismissed as nut job candidates by the public right away. By throwing out a proposal to freeze evictions, and refusing to elaborate how it works, you add yourself to such category and thus inevitably contribute to the fortification of the two party system that you rail against.

In the spirit of ask me anything, I'll ask the uncomfortable questions.

Have many people have you killed in your military career?

How many people have you killed in your anti poaching career? How do you justify killing a person to protect an animal? (I'm not saying it's not justifiable, being armed does not give poachers a free pass).

Thank you.

Edit: thought about this a little more. Killing an armed bank robber is easily justifiable by those whose job it is to do so. A bank robber is just taking cash. A poacher is taking a life of an animal. Just interesting to hear the perspective of the guy pulling the trigger.

You're cutting into the misinformed revisionism of the anti American narrative. Come on bro.
