So it's a Picton type situation..that whole thing was blown open by a single beat cop that took notice that girls were going missing and girls he had spoken to regularly. Finally he investigated on his own further and realized these women weren't getting their support/welfare checks.

How does that paperwork prove that you were awake, it just proves that you had a procedure done. How is it that they didn't realize you were awake via your heart rate?
