This is how I do most things. Like the time I performed brain surgury, never having done it, nor studied it, nor going to med school.

I hear what you're saying.
However, let's say you got some legit person who has a mental illness, or they got hit with a huge hospital bill, things of that source.
What is your thought on actual, actual people. It is not somebodies "fault" they got some bad DNA and got a illness. Do we owe vets for getting both legs blown off?
I'd like to hear your opinion on those types of situations.

Where are the homeless legally allowed to be? I'm not talking about where they are tolerated by the police. For instance, where I'm at, all the homeless congregate on one street. It's tent city. I suppose the police want them there so they can keep tabs, and because it is a place they negotiated with business owners on both sides of the street. I'm sure the homeless police themselves to make sure no one gets out of hand and therefore they all lose that location, so this helps the police because they don't have to be there every minute. It works, but still I'm sure it is technically against the law.
My questions:
What do you think of an 85% "christian nation" who sees no problem with spending trillions on our Afghan and Iraq War, and nothing on homeless? What does this say about christians and their priorities?
Is owning a home or apartment required in the US in order not to have legal issues?
Are the homeless technically breaking the law on all land and water in the USA if they sleep anywhere at all?
What is the best thing to do if one is homeless and does not want to be bothered by the police?
How about the car homeless? Are they hassled? What is their best thing for them to do?

What advice can you give me?
