How often do you stay on the line with someone until help arrives? Is it often that a call begins at one severity level but increases due to changing circumstances on the caller's end?

What did you do for hours and hours with no reading material or conversation? I was going to check and see...however the live stream is no longer available since it has ended. I looked on Youtube but couldn't find anything. Is the full-length video available?
