Why does a 24 hour mcdonalds close for an hour when i need them most?

Im a large dr pepper kinda guy. So ive built rapport with my local mickey’s cashier and he lets me get my morning dr pepper(the best at mcdonalds). But thats what I figured lol

Oh yeah 100% but for me it needs to be from the fountain. The bottles and cans just dont do it for me lol and of the fountain dr peppers i’ve had.. mcdonalds has the best ratio.
