How do you stop match fixing?

Is the English version of your newspaper hugely more liberal than your Arabic one because of a business strategy (ie targeting the western liberal readership) or is it because your Arabic readers are too dumb to see through your pro-Qatar propaganda (so you're not worried about making it as obvious)?
