Actually, it's his photo whether he pays the model or not. The photographer probably could've published it as art without the release, though that would've been dicey from a legal standpoint.

Just did this... fuck me!!! I just found out the a variation of a password is just floating around on an old swgalaxies.net list of hacked emails/passwords. Looks like I'm spending tomorrow changing passwords on a shitload of accounts.
