Having seen a case of this(Osteogenisis Imperfecta ), if the Mom left a bruise the kid would be in serious trouble.

You sound like me!!!
My allergy list:
Milk/Dairy products, Soy, Soya, all lentils (excluding chickpeas?), Wheat, Walnuts/all high oil tree nuts (I can still have peanuts, thank god!), coconut, Onions, bell peppers, Garlic (try eating out at a restaurant!), ginger (runs in the family), Pineapple, Kiwi, Cantelope, Cherries, Carrots (raw). MSG, Sulphates, preservatives. Pretty much if it's in a can or jar or pre-made, I can't eat it.
I'm still discovering new allergies. I'm wary of new foods. I had a horrible reaction to strawberries not too long ago. Had them again a week later and I was fine (probably cross-contamination). Had a reaction to cherries, tired them again, same reaction, third time I turned blue so I figured I should stop trying them!

To be fair my mom does the same thing. Only she's not hearing impaired, I think it's a mom thing.
