How sophisticated is current software at creating profiles about people based on these data? Do you think we need limits on government development of that kind of software as well as limits on use/collection of data?

Prof. Lessig: I really respect your work, both on copyright and campaign finance, but how do you address this question from McCutcheon: If giving $2600 to a candidate isn't corrupting, then how can giving $2600 to 25 different candidates be corrupting?
