Have you guys heard of Scott Camil? He has an interesting case you could look at, he was entrapped as a war activist under the Nixon administration and was shot by a federal agent in an attempted assassination http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Camil. He won a court case against the guy too.
