If she is a redditor and she does see this, what would you like to say to her?

I live in So. CA where ebikes are sprouting faster than mushrooms after a spring rain (which we haven't had in years, but that's for another post.) I see them all the time going 25 MPH or faster, with no helmets, sometimes riding hands-free. Serious question: is there a wave of ebike-related accidents and injuries in the last year or two?
