Well do you have any cash set away for start up fees? Google banner ads for your book, Amazon ads in the Kindle section. Also, if you still own the rights to your book you should put it online in some fashion, it gets a lot more attention. And yeah see if you can find a publicist. They only take a percentage of what you make, so you basically don't even have to pay them unless you start making good money.

You should probably get a new publicist because 3/4 of reddit doesn't even know you who are let alone your book
