Just graduated from med school in NYC and I don't want to start residency. You hiring?

I have been hearing by word of mouth that roundabouts are more efficient and can be safer than traffic lights. Is this true? If it is, why are we not implementing more roundabouts into our traffic infrastructure?

What is your opinion of "The Great Filter" as a hypothesis for why we have not discovered extraterrestrial life?

It is when not ALL of your cells are completely XO (devoid of one X chromosome). A mosaic has a percentage of cells that are normal and a percentage that have XO.
