I used to be the bradstick persob for about a year before I did line. Essentially we used this liquid at room temp butter sauce and a pre mixed garlic salt.

Every once and a while we used regular melted butter and my god if you've never taken a deep whiff of a dairy barn, the smell would take you right there.
