Aaron, I often hear about help for those who've been bullied, but rarely hear about help for the bullies themselves. As bullying is often a symptom of one's own personal strife, are you doing anything to educate and help those who are known bullies to prevent further bullying and gain insight into their issues?

Alan-I am finding it increasingly harder to watch Mad Men. The show is full of people who are beyond redemption in my eyes. Don is a black hole of humanity whose perceived genius is more imaginary than true. At least when he seemed like a guy who displayed affection towards his kids and genuine concern for Betty even when he was cheating on her you could find something to hang your hat on, but he and the show have devolved into a depressing mess. Do you see him and the show getting out of this spiral?
