What ever happened to live adaptation of Red shirts?

Hi Ben, wondering if we will ever see some caster weapons that do things like give spell power? Such as, "Battlecry: Give your minions +1 Spell Power" or maybe as you summon minions apply spell power or other caster related buffs similar to the way Sword of Justice works. Thanks!
