You have literally no idea what is technically or financially possible. You just hired one of the companies to do a paper for you. That is IT. How can you say that something is possible while at the same time having a feasibility study done? Seriously, you've freely admitted elsewhere that you aren't a hardcore engineer and don't know many things involved in this sort of mission, why are you comfortable saying you can do it regardless?

As for finances, please, release some numbers. Your simple, basic, Phoenix based, preliminary mission will cost you AT LEAST 250~300Million USD for the no frills version. Do you have the capital to do that? Are you close?

SpaceX was an organization formed with the same goal, man on Mars. They've gotten several billion dollars in contracts, have a spacecraft that has been to the ISS, have designed multiple rockets and is on track to overtake the top spot for a launch organization worldwide in 2016 or so. They have worked closely with NASA for years, they have a massive factory, several thousand employees, a billionaire boss willing to sink money into the endeavor. And THEY aren't close to announcing a Mars mission. What makes you think you are? What do you have that they don't?
