IamA American in India working to convert one million gas rickshaws to electric power. AMA!

I'm a 40-year-old American software developer. This year my wife and I moved from Durham, North Carolina to India. We developed a plan to convert every gas powered auto-rickshaw in India to electric power using hot swap shops and LiFePO4 batteries. We are testing our new transportation model in a relatively small India city. In the next year we plan to convert 400 vehicles and install 4 hot swap shops. Once we prove our model we can duplicate it throughout India. We will be able to convert over one million of these high pollution vehicles!
