Have you ever had any other crashes while you were in control of guiding an aircraft or had an aircraft disappear from RADAR before? I watch a lot of Air Crash Investigation and it seems like you guys are under a lot of pressure.

I've never had an aircraft that I did or had controlled crash, but a couple years ago I was DUE to take an aircraft that crashed before I had control of it. It was actually the owners of the Tesla sports car company. IIRC, they had a substitute pilot fly their private jet, who didn't follow the standard departure procedure. He hit some power lines on climb out, and the plane exploded.
